About Us
MEET THE SHOGUN OF SWEETS
Our name and spirit are inspired by Japan’s 14th Shogun, Tokugawa Iemochi—a leader known for his love of traditional Japanese confections. Naturally, we took that as a sign to build a sweet empire of our own.
From Minnesota, we create handmade, small-batch treats inspired by Japanese furutsu ame, ramune, and konpeitō—reimagined through our signature tanghulu and bright, refreshing lemonade-style sodas, each crafted to deliver the perfect crunch and sip.
We are a family-owned business grounded in community. You’ll find us under our blue and white striped tent at festivals and events, sharing our creations and inviting you to experience that first unforgettable bite.
